1. Processing Time
All orders will be processed and dispatched within 2–5 working days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). For pre-orders, restocks, or special circumstances, processing time may be extended. Customers will be notified via email.

3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on region and parcel weight. Free shipping promotions (if applicable) will be announced on the homepage or product pages.
4. Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties or local taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

All delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, customs clearance, or courier delays.

Return & Refund Policy
At Miss Amber, we value your satisfaction and want to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Please review the return and refund terms below:
1. No Order Cancellation
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled and is not eligible for a refund.
If an item in your order is cancelled due to stock unavailability, the remaining items will still be shipped according to the selected delivery method and address. These items are also non-cancellable and non-refundable.
2. No Returns for Personal Reasons
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for personal reasons (e.g., style mismatch, colour differences, wrong size, or change of mind).
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If the item you receive is damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please email us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Once verified, we will offer a refund, replacement, or store credit, depending on the case.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.
5. Refund Method
Once approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–14 working days.
